At 2 x 4-1/2", IGS 450EZ offers maximum flexibility to specify flush glazing for 1" insulated glass in thermal or non-thermal, inside or outside glazing – whatever the need. Economical material and installation costs make this innovative system extremely popular in retail and commercial storefronts.
The design flexibility of this economical, center-glazed system allows for shop or field fabrication, screw spline or clip construction, and compatibility with a myriad of entrances, doors, vestibules or virtually any system. The system also features infill adaptors for 1/4" glazing.
Inherent within this system is the innovative EZ gasket that is faster to install and used inside and out. It features a locking ‘nub’ which holds the gasket in place without sagging. Additionally, the unique design permits minimal inventory to complete virtually any installation. In fact, only four pieces will perform 90% of the system’s function.
